Daniel Milo is an accomplished legal professional with a strong background in legal aspects of human rights protection, monitoring, 11 years of experience with project management and project supervising, research and analysis of public policies at national and international level. He has succesfully implemented several innovative projects in the area of human rights, including development and delivery  of training for law enforcement officers on hate crimes at national and international level. He also published extensively on issues related to extremist movements and ideologies, cyberhate and is a leading expert in this field.

ODIHR is the principal institution of the OSCE responsible for human dimension - human rights, democracy, election and tolerance and non-discrimination. My responsibilities include: Providing advice and analysis on all issues related to racism, xenophobia, close follow up on incidents motivated by racism and xenophobia Development and management of projects and activities aimed at combating racism, especially in area of technical assistance and training for law enforcement officers on combating hate crime. Collection and analysis of information on best practices and responses to racism among OSCE participating states.
